This morning as soon as I woke up and played one round of Little Big Planet, I told the kids we had a project to do. It was time to go out and weed some more of the garden. Yesterday was a good day food-wise. I started out with a great breakfast. One whole large egg Two large egg whites (yolks scrambled for the dog) Fresh kale from the garden mixed with baby spinach Cottage cheese Salt, pepper, heat For lunch I had some pan-lasagna my husband had made a day before.
